Vianney has 22 years experience in all aspects of property law, trust law, succession planning and estate administration.
Vianney's client work tends to be diverse and challenging. She handles applications to bring deeds land under the Land Transfer Act right through to applications to close a burial ground and obtain an exemption for its sale. She works with a range of client needs including property developers acting for a 500 plus, lot residential subdivision, the provision of lending instructions for a multi million dollar fund and Church organisations. As such, Vianney has accumulated a vast amount of experience working with City Councils' policy and process, property and leasing support as well as consumer and credit knowledge.
Vianney provides trust and estate planning expertise to the legal profession, providing advice and trouble shooting services, which has been greatly received by sole traders.
